want to know that cheaty-est way to make a ruffle?
set your machine on the longest straight stitch you can...
...as you are sewing...hold onto the thread...increasing the tension...
...and your fabric will ruffle right up...the amount of tension you put on the thread will determine how much ruffle you get...
...you can tell in this photo the areas where i held the thread tighter and more loosely...
easiest ruffle making ever.
