In our house we LOVE a good burger! It's probably one of the things I make the most. I have tried every way possible to make "the best" one and each way was ok but not amazing.
Until I found a recipe and tweaked it to suit us.
These burgers are no fail. I use fresh, local ground beef and always double this recipe. We top we cheese and bacon, because OF COURSE WE DO. The tube of garlic I refer to is a prepared garlic found in the cold section of where you buy salad stuff. Ours has a green lid.
