Cheeseburger Cauliflower and Cheese! {low carb and keto!}

Hopefully you know by now that if a recipe makes it to the's a good one.  It's the only guarantee I have that I'll be able to find it later when I want it!

This recipe is simple and deceptive.  You wouldn't think it would be amazing but the sauce and cheese and goodness in here is just awesome!

Cheeseburger Cauliflower and Cheese:
1 pound of beef browned and drained
1 head of cauliflower cut into florets and steamed to desired tenderness
1 cup of heavy cream
2oz of cream cheese
1 heaping tablespoon of dijon mustard
1 1/2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon of each garlic salt, onion powder and chili powder

Combine the beef and cauliflower in a casserole dish sprayed with non-stick spray.  Pre-heat oven to 375.

Bring the cream to a simmer on the stove, add in cream cheese and mustard, stir until smooth.  Add in one cup of the shredded cheese and seasonings, stir until smooth.  Pour over beef and cauliflower.  Sprinkle on remaining cheese.  Bake for 18-20 minutes.  Serve hot! :)
