Blueberry French Toast! {yummy make ahead dish!}

 This is a great recipe for making ahead of time for church or bible studies or anything where you would want to be able to make ahead a pop it in the oven.  This recipe is easy and the results are wonderful.  That cinnamon sugar topping is AMAZING! :) I hope you love it as much as we have!
Here's the recipe: 

Blueberry French Toast
for the bread:
1 loaf french bread, cubed
8  eggs
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla 
blueberries to taste
for the topping:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 stick cold butter, cut into pieces
Grease a 9 by 13in pan. Add to pan.  Combine eggs, milk, cream, sugars and vanilla. Pour evenly over the bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
When ready to bake preheat oven to 350, mix the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl. Stir together using a fork. Add the butter and with a pastry cutter, and mix it all together until the mixture resembles fine pebbles. 
Remove the casserole from the fridge, add a layer of blueberries and sprinkle the topping over the top. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour until firm.
Serve with butter or syrup. :)
