what i made for monday {funfetti dip!!}

This week I decided to mix it up a little for the employees and teachers!  I actually heard this recipe on the radio coming home from dropping the boys off at school and it was SO easy that I could remember it with no problem, imagine my joy when it was as tasty as it was easy to make! :)

The result is a fluffy textured dip that tastes like cake batter but not too sweet! 

Want to make some delicious Funfetti Dip!? 

All you need is:
one  box of funfetti cake mix
1 cup of cool whip (or whatever brand of whipped topping)
2 cups of vanilla yogurt
some sort of sweet-ish cookies for dipping (nilla wafers, graham crackers, animal crackers)

All you do is mix those three things together and refrigerate for a few hours before serving!

To give to the teachers I bought some of those little disposable food containers (you know that kind that are round with blue lids) that each hold about a half a cup, sat a clean cupcake wrapper on top filled with cookie dippers and put that all in a clear goodie bag!  Adorable! (if I do say so myself!).
