I could definitely benefit from something like them. My husband would be forever grateful. He has the daunting task of waking me up every morning. No matter how loud my alarm is I do not hear it... This sounds like an interesting gadget. Maybe if I actually saw how much sleep I was really getting I'd go to bed earlier (instead of posting comments on blogs at 12:30 at night). I wonder if it would help detect if there was a sleep disorder (like insomnia, sleep apnea, etc.) and recommend you to seek the advice of a physician?
