Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispie Treats and a free printable!

This week's treats are a classic and a repost! I don't love all things pumpkin spice, but sometimes it's nice and cozy to have something that flavor.  This is one of those things. The flavor is light and tasty and not too overwhelming.  Plus, who doesn't love rice krispie treats?
The cello bags are from Target last year but I am sure they have something similar this year. I always grab them on clearance to save for the future.  This week's verse was inspired by the "spooky" bags I was using, a scripture on fear seemed appropriate. :)

I just have to say that I have LOVED hearing how many of you this series of recipes and printables have encouraged you to give to your teachers and how well they are received.  That is so awesome. GO YOU!! :)

Want to make some "Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispie Treats"? (I quadrupled the recipe when I made them).

Here's what you need:

6 cups of rice krispies
1 bag of mini marshmallows (10oz approx)
3 tbls of butter
1 tsp of vanilla
1 heaping tsp of pumpkin pie spice

Melt butter over medium heat, add marshmallows, stir until melted.  Add vanilla and spice, stir until blended, add cereal, mix until coated and then scrap into a pan lined with parchment for best removal results.

That's it! :) Allow to set before cutting up and sharing! :)

Have fun and enjoy a new fall favorite! :)

Want the printable? You can download it HERE for free!

My preferred method of printing these is to drag it to a word file, resize it to a size that works for me and tile it on the page and print that way onto cardstock.

You can also download the shutterfly app and order them as 4 by 4in prints for FREE if you pay shipping. This printable would be great for lots of things, not just teachers! Lunch boxes, notes to a friend and more!

Have a great week!
