I used a 1 inch cookie scoop to make forming them easy and quick. Store them in the fridge or the freezer!
Easy No-Bake Energy Bites
1 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/2 mini chips of some variety (chocolate or peanut butter or white chocolate)
1/2 cup of crunchy peanut butter
1/3 cup of honey
1 tsp of vanilla
Combine all ingredients. Shape into small, bit sized bits, place in a container with parchment paper between the layers and set in the fridge until you are ready to eat!
Enjoy them and go ahead and double the batch! They will disappear!
