to the ends of summer...

Summer is pretty much over here, with a bit of sadness and a tiny bit of relief as well.  We're running around trying to find a new normal and I think we may nearly be there.  Here's a little look at what we've been up to lately.  Be sure to follow me on IG to keep up between blog posts {littlebitfunky}.
Cuppa kitty tea?
We love the FREE Lowe's Build and Grow clinics!! Are you doing them yet?  Go to their website and find them in your area...your kids will LOVE them!!
Hoho is very sweet.  Though not pictured here, he has been wearing dog ears non-stop for a couple of weeks now.  This will be a phase I miss one day.
The boys love to play putt-putt.
The waiting list for hohos is closed for the year!  But you can still snag some on my "up for grabs" days over at their own Instagram account {littlebitfunkyhohos}.
Princess kitty provided some comic relief.  Sometimes the internet is a mean place but I love the feedback I get from those who email me and comment.  xo
We took the boys to a local transportation museum.  This cute old man waved at every train that passed by.
A little project I am working on...soon to be prints I hope!
Hoho started pre-school!  This time next year I will have two kids in school full time.  Crazy!
I am going to try knitting a pair of socks one more time.  If it doesn't work, I quit for good!
Remember those doggy ears?  He only takes them off to bathe and sleep.  Here's where he hangs them.
I've learned that lunch in the car takes 15 minutes to eat.  Lunch at home?  An hour.
I'm giving things away on IG!  Come find me! :)
I finished up my summer sampler and made it into a pillow!  I just LOVE the way it turned out.  It's so great to be able to see it all together.  I just started the Autumn sampler!  Won't you stitch along with me?  You can get the pattern at "The Frosted Pumpkin Stitchery". :)

Don't forget to check out my post from Capri Sun! :)

Hi,
I gave up trying to knit socks for my children and other family members, but, guess what? I found that you can really get something done if you crochet them! I love making things and just hate giving up on an idea.

Best Wishes,
