Maybe it's the potential for organization that does it ... an organized home always makes me feel at ease. Recently Martha Stewart Home Office™ with Avery™ sent me a box of heaven. It was all so pretty to see, simmering in the box with efficient, organizing potential.
I unpacked it and looked at all week, trying to figure out just how to make the most of it. They included pads of pretty paper, desktop organization, labels, a journal and so much more. I'd be happy to simply gaze at it all in its packaging ...

And my favorite item ... and the one I just can't decide the best place to use yet: little Chalkboard Labels in various shapes and sizes. Maybe I'll add them to my canisters in the kitchen? Or as a little reminder notice by the back door? Or put one on the boys lunch box to leave a little love note during the school day? I may even put them to use on jars to give gifts to friends and neighbors for Christmas.
You can find all of these and more here at Staples (and can buy on-line with the exception of the holiday items which are only in-store). You can browse at the Avery site and like them on Facebook!
Avery and BlogHer would like to give one of you a $100 gift card to Staples to stock up for yourself. Just leave a comment on this post telling me if you've started your Christmas preparations yet!

Pretty stuff! And I could use some organization!
Great products! I have almost finished shopping for my boys - I love Christmas time.
What a great giveaway! Thank you! I have started some of the Christmas prep already and have a few things purchased even. Lots of ideas for handmade things too!
I liked "Stack+Fit Desk Accessories" from Martha Stewart line . Thanks!
we must be soul sisters. i love office supplies too! nothing makes my heart happier than good organization :) thanks for the chance to win. i have just started christmas shopping/planning - our oldest son is doing his first year of teaching in a remote alaskan village. he will get to be home, but we need to send his gifts ahead of time so he doesn't have to lug them all back in his suitcase!
Well, I haven't started yet, but my 13 year old daughter has. She has a mini Christmas tree in her bedroom. She strung lights all of her walls, taped paper snowflakes to her closet door and adhered a Santa hat to her wall. She was a Christmas elf for Halloween and has been in the spirit for weeks. The local radio station is already playing Christmas music. All in all, I am getting pretty excited about Christmas already.
lovely items and right on time for Christmas -- those tags!! I love Martha Stewart stuff!
For the first time in years, I have most of my Christmas shopping done for my three girls and have started lists for everything that I want to do for the holidays including my meal plan. I would love to win the Staples gift card. My favorite part of the store in Martha's Home office products. You can never be too organized.
I've definitely thought about Christmas preparations, but haven't exactly started yet. Any Christmas decorations are banned at my house until after Thanksgiving, and financially haven't been able to buy any gifts yet. But I've been making preparations in my head!
Yes! I have about 60% of my Christmas shopping done and my house decorated! I haven't put up outside decorations yet because I don't want people to know that I'm a little crazy. :) I'll wait until after Thanksgiving for that.

I guess I've started Christmas prep...in my mind. Nothing beyond that though. I can't wait for Christmas!
I have not started on Christmas yet. I like to wait until a week or two after Thanksgiving.
I love these office supplies:)
I do not start Christmas preparations til a week or two after Thanksgiving. I love these pretty office supplies!
Christmas preparations always start early for me around here! I've started making brand new advent calendars and buying gifts. I can't wait for the Christmas season. As a new teacher and a graduate student, $100 gift card to Staples would go a long way!
I have not started holiday shopping yet but I have started my craft projects and made a super long list of the gifts to make/buy/bake. I would LOVE to spend that gift card at Staples and pick up almost all of the things you showed for gifts and maybe a little something for myself.
I've done a little bit of shopping.

I've been busy making my little sisters an advent calendar. I'm going to visit for Thanksgiving so it needs to be done by then. :-) I'd love the gift card!!!

This is such a magical time of the year!
I am finished shopping for my twins, about half-way finished with my oldest son and husband, and started on other family. Decorations will go up next week!!
I love that chalk!
I have almost finished my shopping and what I bought is already wrapped =)
I agree with you about office supplies. They are fun!
I am actually almost done with Christmas gifts. Just 3more people (kids) to buy for and I'll be finished! Yeah for actually getting to enjoy the Christmas season!

I have started decorating and will do a little shopping this weekend.. Also I am making some of your chapstick cozies for my daughter who is a chapstick freak!
Yes... Sort of... Well, I have purchased several gifts and have them hidden in the bottom of my closet. I have my wood birdhouses from Michael's to be painted to look like a Christmas Village I saw in Southern Living back in 2006. My 4 yr old granddaughter will be here next week to help paint them. Should be lots of fun!!!
I'm always getting started on Christmas. I've been stashing goodies away for stocking since January. They are my favorite. :)

Yes! I just started making some fun countdown trees for friends and relatives. And the lights went up before it got freezing cold. Frozen lights are not so fun to work with. :)

I started my Christmas preparations just before Thanksgiving because I have so much to do this year.
I've started packing my luggage for travel, put all our appointments and tasks on google calendar and documents so we share access anywhere. I love the hanging folders, it can save so much space.

Christmas prep is definitely underway! We brought the tree into the house and got it in the stand. Always the hardest part of the process! Everything is out of the attic and ready to be put in place and I am glued to my chair making my homemade gifts. I LOVE this time of year. And I love the office supplies! Thanks for the chance to win!
Cute stuff!! I LOVE the Martha line at Staples! :) As for Christmas decorations, I'm done inside but need some inspiration (or caffeine) to finish the outside! :)
I'm starting to get the guest bedroom/office organized in the new house. A $100 gift toward this (what appears to be an unachievable) goal is encouraging!! Thx.
I love Martha's unique style and ideas! Her stuff is always so cute and versatile! I also love office supplies! This is an awesome giveaway!
I sure need to get organized ;)
This year I started early and now all I have to do is wrap and mail the gifts. projectgadabout at gmail dot com

I love LOVE these. Yes, yes, we have started our achrustmas preparations, beginning with our beautiful trees. Next up, solidify our Christmas bucket list. Fun, fun! Can't wait!
I've started my Holidays by testing and tasting different kinds of cookies. :) It's going to be fun and delicious.

Well, We have the tree and a few other decorations up but I have only two gifts purchased (out of ~20) ... and they were purchased a few months ago. I need to get moving.
My holiday preparations are just barely started. But I'm determined to use this weekend to catch up.
