My biggest blessing is getting my new job at my daughter's school! We are together and on the same schedule AND the job rocks!!! LIBRARIAN!!! So fun encouraging the children to read and watching them grow. It is an amazing job in geera; and the 1st one since my baby girl was born.
i love fall, i feel so blessed right watching all the colors change and thinking of God's creation!
I have two beautiful babies that are running around in their monkey halloween costumes!
I think the greatest thing about my life right now is that Im able to move into and remodel a home. I lost my home to a foreclosure and a divorce last year and thought I would never see the light of day again. But here I am, I survived!

In light of your recent post regarding the desire for community and friendships, I've thought a lot about the blessing God has provided me in friendships with other women. Its easy to forget/overlook the fact that the majority of women and people in general don't have friends that care for them the way God has given me friends that do. So I'm so very grateful for the blessing of friendship and do not take it for granted that I am indeed so. very. blessed.

My big blessing today is that my husband was released back to work after being out (w/o pay) for almost 2 months!!!!! He had fractured his elbow and wasn't able to lift. his last xrays were not encouraging so we had been PRAYING that this time it would be healed. It was!! God has provided every step of the way.
My biggest blessing right now is my new church family. We recently moved to a new area, and the people in our new church are just amazing - they really love each other!

I am so blessed with a wonderful family. Parents, grandparents and in-laws who help us and encourage us. My children are blessed to have two sets of grandparents close and 4 great grandparents who love them dearly.

Life is a funny journey... I thought I had it all figured out and hubby and I were happy with two kids. But as you know, we are blessed with a third and I'm 8 months along (coming down to the wire!). We are so excited to meet our newest little love! It is truly a blessing and our lives will change once again, making us stronger and better people.

Having so many wonderful, close, helping, giving, family friends close to my little family. We have lots of adventures planned for the next few months with those loving familys who are also loving friends.

One thing I am blessed for right now if my life is my husband. Since he is in the Navy sometimes we are unable to be together but his current assignment makes it possible for us to be together after a year apart when his ship was out for the first year of our marriage.
my greatest blessing i've been dwelling a lot on now is my relationship with God as a mother. i haven't been able to get pregnant since my only child was born 13 years ago. i pine for more kids. i ache for them. but my greatest blessing is that He trusts me enough with my one. so she is my greatest blessing for she is proof of His confidence in me!

Something that I have truly been greatful for is how God CONSTANTLY meets our needs...not always our wants, but our needs are ALWAYS met! I feel so blessed to be able to stay at home with my boys and take care of them.

Just got back from a great week long vacation with them all.
It's my daughter's 3rd birthday today and we're enjoying a quiet day at home, playing with some new toys!
And..my mom did some hard-core stenciling back in the day (like the 80's), so I'm pretty excited to see it coming back, just minus the geese and other country flair!

My biggest blessing right now is that we came up with a solution for "selling" our current home when we move out of state next week (and by selling I mean we found great tennants to rent it until the market gets better)!
a weird blessing but i've been blessed to have a co-worker who is pregnant, and to be able to ease her through it. (first time baby momma!) she shares the same name as me, even her middle name, and has gone through almost the exact same pregnancy as I did. Her water broke this morning :) and I'm blessed that she let me pray over her belly :)
I am blessed, really I am. And although I long for another child, I am starting to see just how much God blessed me with the one I have. And I can now say that God has changed my heart to know that if He only has one child for me, I am blessed and happy. And I am blessed by the miracle and gift of adoption because without it, I couldn't be a mom at all!

I have so many blessings in my life, right now, but I think the one I count as the biggest is that my husband successfully graduated from dental school in April. We were able to move back to the town where all our family is, buy our first house, and not be students for the first time in our 7 year marriage!

The great things in my life right now are a happy, healthy 3-year old and we just moved out of a camper (6-months, ahhhhh!) into our completely remodeled house.

My biggest blessing? It's so hard to pick one to share...I truly feel like I'm overloaded with blessing right now! If I must choose though, I think it's the change in heart God's given me in the last week. I've been feeling so overwhelmed by everything going on (I'm an undergrad, DH is in grad school, 8 month old daughter, etc. etc. etc.) God just stepped in and changed my perspective in a way that has given me such peace and resolve about it all. Just when I thought I couldn't handle anymore, He stepped into the scene and rained down mercies in the way that only He can.
It was such a blessing today to have the perfect weather for a picnic lunch at the park with my kiddos. Ben, my oldest, put a smile on my face when he ran out of the van towards the playground-bobbing his head back and forth. Imagine a real bobble-head boy running! It was priceless!
My husband was just accepted into the MBA program! with a full time job and 2 kids it will be a long hard road to graduation. But I think he is amazing for doing it. What a great man I married. He is "my something great about life"

My husband....he's simply magnificent.
we decided to homeschool our three kids last year (ages 9, 8 and 6). it was really hard. i almost wanted to give up. but, then, this year has gone so well. i am truly happy i get to spend so much time teaching and laughing.
it is great. i didn't know if it would be, but it is. and for that i am so blessed.

My mother is my blessing always, but esp. the last few days. I got a flat tire, she took it for me to be fixed and bought me the front tires I needed so badly. "I will not be paid back" She rocks!
My husband and I are on a 2-week trip across the country on our way to Washington state where we will make a new home for a few years. I am choosing to be excited about this instead of nervous about such a major change!!
My daughter has unknown children's interstitial lung disease. The CT scan we just had of her lungs showed no signs of lung disease! Her last 2 have shown both lungs full of disease. Our doctor just kept saying she was stunned! Talk about a blessing!! We are so grateful!
Blessings: 8 stinky socks, rolled up on the living room floor and the 40 precious toes that got them stinky!!

Right now the biggest blessing in my life, aside from a loving God and Saviour and an amazing family, would be that I was able to attend our churchs Woman's Retreat over the weekend and have the chance to get away and recharge and have that chance for fellowship with other women.
