next on the agenda.

These are the fabrics for my next quilt.  This one is to fulfill all of Doug's requests in a quilt.

He requested:
Extra long and not so wide.
(basically the perfect size for covering his tall self while watching TV)
He wanted ALL black and white or gray but he chose the fabrics above.

And my personal favorite request:
A furry lined pocket on the bottom to tuck his feet into. :)

I even drew up my very own quilt design.  We will see how proud I am of it when it is all said and done.

Has your husband made any request of your crafty goodness?

And just a reminder...you have until THURSDAY to buy a net to qualify for the quilt raffle. :)

I'm so jealous of your quilting. I keep thinking that one of these days, I'll learn, but as it stands right now, I can only get as far as collecting the fabrics together =) LOL, I'm sure yours with the feet-pocket will turn out lovely!

The closest I have to a "request" from the hubby is "Can I use one of your cards for a co-worker's birthday" -- even though it means a perfect set of 8 note cards, already packaged, gets interrupted. :) Anything for you, honey. LOVE HIM.

Great fabric combo. Your hubs has nice taste. I also have a favorite tv watching blanket with a pocket at the bottom for my tootsies. It is the best!

Our church is active in delivering the nets to villages in Africa...

Oh that is such a good idea to put a little things to tuck your feet into. All blankets should be made that way!

Oh btw just made my donation for the net! Yay!!

haha! guys are great! My husband made a request for a T shaped heating pack for his entire back... 'T' so that he could have it run across his shoulders then down his back or have it run around his lower back and then up his spine... Luckily I have also been able to use it as well... cough* cough* eh hem for thoes wonderful monthly back/abdomen aches... Sadly enough for him, he didn't get to pick out the fabric b/c it was an I need it with in the next hour kind of request so to "manly" it up a bit he calls it his Mr.T heating pack(it is blue clouds). haha!
