add a blog to list of ways to communicate and you add to your spam-o-meter.
I have gotten pleas for money, people begging me to buy products, creepy spam, weird spam, odd spam...even funny spam.

This kind of spam always ALMOST gets me...I'm always like...hmmm WAS I near a taco bell today? I really have to think about it.Then sometimes the subject line makes me giggle...you know...when I add my own little joke to the end of it...

But this kind of spam really baffles me...no product selling, no random link.Just really odd and slightly creepy.
I don't get it.
What is the point?
And I know it is spam...I have seen it before...word for word on other posts.

I just got that same exact "your newer posts are better" spam from the 320 blog. I thought... that is the most random comment ever!!!! Especially on that blog. Seriously, what in the world is the point??????
Just had this on my blog the other day and I don't get it either.
Not that I have any words of wisdom on this, but I've gotten them before as well. Slightly annoying, but yet weird at the same time! I hope someone figures it out....and soon!

That first one about seeing you by the taco bell is freaky. I had to put comment moderation up on my blog because I was getting creepy comments last week. Hope whoever is sending you these stops soon :)

I got that exact same spam (as the last one) on my blog a few days ago, on an old post, from anonymous. I thought it was weird, but wouldn't have known it was spam if you hadn't said it. Huh, strange!!!!

I am cracking up here that last comment is SPAM also I just got the SAME exact wording {from anonymous} on my New Year post, I was going to delete it, and was telling Elise about it, we were cracking up and she thought it would be funny to post a comment under it saying I agree with anonymous... hahahaha Anyway it stayed, but it is strange since there is no link or anything...
I've won the British lottery like 37 times now. Heavens, I must be lucky. Now if I could only win the American lottery without ever buying a ticket.
And I keep getting offers for Ritalin. Someone has me pinned...

Spam sucks!! The edible kind and the computer kind. I got the same one as the last one. So did Jenny and I had to joke about it. But, she already said that.

I agree w/ Jenn--I don't begin to know the hows, etc. but it has to do w/ malware/cookie tracking, etc. You open it, you read it, it possibly opens your IP from you PC to them and then BAM--lots more cookies/spam/bugs, etc.
Who has TIME for that stuff? I always wonder if people make MONEY being "cookie-ers" and "Spammers?" Grrrrr....
