there is about a foot of snow outside...NEW snow...and it is still falling!
these were SUPER simple to make.
you use a food processor!
they are tasty too...like a slightly strawberry flavored shortbread...

These cookies look delicious..and so cheerful! I think snow inspires baking, we got new snow today as well and thats what we spent our day doing :) Maybe we'll make these next time!

those are fantastic! If I could make them egg, wheat, and dairy-free, I know three little kiddos that would go nutso over them (especially the sprinkles!)
those look so yummy! we are snowned in as well in NC, but the sun has come out today ... lows last night of 18 degrees and 14 degrees tonight ... looks like 2 more at least days at home ... wish i had some dough, but definately on my list for when we get thawed out!
