Chocolate cake in less than five minutes can be very dangerous.
You can probably do this right now.
Ready?
1 egg (add this first and mix thoroughly)
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional-as if you would opt out)
A small splash of vanilla extract
I had to do 4 minutes.
Top with a good size dollop of pre-made chocolate frosting
(one of the ONLY times you will hear me recommend that)
Enjoy!
I recommend eating it right out of the mug ...less clean up.
And eat it when it is warm...much better than when it is cold.
Would also be great with ice cream.
Very, VERY tasty when warm. Unexpectedly so.

Glad you can eat that Miss Metabolism! :-) I, however, must stick with my fruit, yogurt and wheat germ smoothie. (I did put a dollop of light Cool Whip on it).
so glad that I don't have any cocoa in my house right now. this will certainly be the end of me. must try really hard to not accidently buy it next time at the store.

so delicious!!! made it last night, it was wonderful. I think next time I make it (probably tonight! haha!) I might add some hersheys syrup before I microwave it... I'm hoping for "ribbons" of chocolate.... either way, it was SO GOOD!!
