otherwise known as...Dump Cake
you need:
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can cherry pie filling
1 box of cake mix
1 1/2sticks of butter
dump in the pineapple and cherry.
sprinkle on the cake mix evenly.cover with pats of butter.
bake at 350 for 40-45myummy yummy. a little bit of heaven for your kitchen. or for my Bible study girls.
I used to make this all the time but completely forgot about this little goody...thanks for the reminder Michelle.

Oh man, I just finished making a gazillion bite sized chocolate cupcakes for my bible study girls. This would have been so much easier.
I look at this and I know it will work just like a crumble cake, but it just looks too easy! It's one of those "surely that can't be all" recipes. Thank you!

YUM! Great idea! I make a similar dish using canned peaches instead of pineapple and cherry and it is ALWAYS a hit with guests. I serve it alongside vanilla ice cream. Delicious and so easy!
Oh, that sounds fabulous! I wonder if you could switch the pineapple for something...dh doesn't love pineapple.

oh my goodness - i just made this (only with strawberries, instead of cherries) & i'm soooo in trouble! cause the kiddos & hubby don't care 4 it (none of them r fans of warm fruit) & i LOVE it! someone please take the pan away from me!!! ;0)
