thank the Lord for...! :) Because of it Moses is content for hours at a time. :)

I hope to have new towels and other pretty things in the shop today.

Play dough is a wonderful thing in my house as well! We have also just discovered jello play dough - so easy to make, smells good and is super soft and pliable, perfect for little hands! :) However, it does have vegetable oil in it, so your hands do get just a teensy bit greasy.

Here is the recipe if you are interested.

1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
2 Tbsp. cream of tartar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 cup warm water
1 3 oz. package of Jell-O

Combine ingredients & cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until it thickens & pulls away from the sides of pot & becomes dull. Mold & knead with the spoon until cool enough to touch. Turn out onto a table & continue kneading until cool enough to play with. Store in a closed container.

I certainly cannot take credit for this recipe. I found it on Rookie Cookie.

Have a great day! :)

My kids love play dough too. I just made them a batch the other day, and they played while I crafted at the table.

I personally can't stand the smell of play-doh. Makes me throw up in my mouth a little bit. :-x
